A space for all things AusRAIL related

WHAT CAN WE HELP YOU WITH?

Registration entitlements

Updated on 26 March, 2024

Anyone who attends AusRAIL 2024 must be registered. For security reasons, no person is allowed onsite without registering. Registrations are not to be shared between staff members. All attendees must be individually registered with their unique name badge.

As an exhibitor, you are entitled to the below based on the confirmed size of your booth/space. Please refer to your confirmation email to confirm the size of your booth/space.

Exhibitor registration
Two (2) exhibitor registrations per 9sqm. Please note exhibitor registration does not include access to the daily catering or conference program.

To request additional registrations, please send your request to sponex@ausrail.com. It is recommended that all staff members managing your exhibition space are registered as exhibitors rather than exhibition visitors. This will ensure that lead-tracking technology is set up prior to your arrival onsite.

Networking Happy Hour
Two (2) networking happy hour tickets per 9sqm.

Additional tickets for the networking happy hour can be purchased at an additional cost. Please email sponex@ausrail.com if you wish to purchase extra tickets.

Full conference registrations
Should you have members of your organisation wishing to attend the full conference, they must register and pay to attend. Full conference individual and group registrations will open in late May and can be made via the AusRAIL website.

Full conference registrations include:

  • Access to conference sessions and the exhibition, including the AusRAIL Exhibition Theatre
  • Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea on all days of the conference
  • Networking Happy Hour
