WHAT CAN WE HELP YOU WITH?

Lead-tracking technology

Updated on 15 April, 2026

Lead-tracking technology for registered exhibitors will be provided to ensure that you are generating a post-event customer and interactions record for follow up.

All exhibitors will receive a unique login to the conference app, which will provide additional access to the lead-tracking function. This function will not be made available for regular conference delegates.

All attendees will have an individual QR code included on their name badge. Whilst onsite, exhibitors will be able to scan the delegate’s QR codes, and recorded leads will be collected in a GDPR compliant exportable CSV file.

App login details will be sent approximately 1-2 weeks before the event. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the app interface to maximise delegate engagement and lead capture.

If there is anyone from your delegation who is registered as a delegate, please email sponex@ausrail.com so that we can accurately allocate them to the exhibitor organisation profile. Anyone who is not allocated to an organisation profile will not be able to access lead-tracking functionalities.

To ensure lead-tracking technology is set up for all registered exhibitors prior to arriving onsite, please ensure that the allocation of registrations is completed by 23 October 2026.

This manual contains important information from the conference organisers and exhibition service providers.

It has been designed to answer your pre-event and onsite enquiries, provide documentation to claim your exhibitor entitlements before the event and assist you in your role as an exhibitor.

It is your responsibility to share this exhibitor manual with any contractors or stand builders to ensure they comply with the necessary requirements.
