If you are using your own transport provider, MCEC/GEL Events are unable to sign for goods on your behalf. Please ensure you make arrangements with your transport provider and ensure you have a representative onsite at the time of delivery.
Deliveries are to be made via the Exhibition Centre Loading Dock which is accessed from Normanby Road at the rear of the Exhibition Centre. Goods will not be accepted at any other point. Loading
Dock hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
It is the responsibility of all persons accessing the Loading Dock to:
- Ensure all goods are packaged correctly prior to arrival for safe unloading while on site.
- Abide by the strict 30-minute drop-off / pick-up time limit for all vehicles.
- Supply sufficient team members for loading / unloading of transport vehicles in a timely, safe
and non-disruptive manner.
Ensure the MCEC delivery label is cleared affixed to all items that will be delivered.

Important: Deliveries to the venue must take place within the official move in window as outlined in the exhibition hours. Deliveries must not arrive before 0800 on Monday 24 November. Any delivery received before this time will be turned away.
