Priority Access #
Due to the high demand for tickets to our social functions AusRAIL PLUS 2025 delegates, sponsors and exhibitors will receive priority access to book tickets to AusRAIL PLUS 2025 social events. This is to ensure that those supporting and engaging at AusRAIL PLUS 2025 are able to secure social event tickets.
Priority ticket bookings will apply to the following social functions:
- Welcome Drinks – Tuesday 25 November
- Women in Rail Breakfast – Wednesday 26 November
- Yellow Dinner – Wednesday 26 November
- Next Stop: Flavours of Melbourne – Thursday 27 November
- Last Stop: Farewell to AusRAIL PLUS 2025
Priority ticket sales will remain open until Friday 10 October. If tickets remain available for these events at this time, bookings will open to ARA member organisations on Monday 13 October. If any tickets still remain available, ticket sales will then open to non-ARA member organisations from Monday 10 November.
Seating Allocation Information #
Yellow Dinner
- Table reservations will be exclusively accepted for bookings in multiples of 10 and must be made by a designated group leader.
- Tables will be reserved under the name of the organisation that made the reservation.
- The group leader must provide guest names and dietary requirements via the portal by November 7 2025. The portal will be closed after this date. Details to access the social function portal will be shared via email with the group leader.
- It is the responsibility of the group leader to communicate with the table guests and provide them with their respective table numbers.
- Individual bookings or bookings which do not meet the table allocation requirement for multiples of 10 will have tickets assigned randomly to tables. Requests to sit next to specific individuals or guests cannot be accommodated.
How to book your social function tickets #
As the main point of contact for your organisation, you will be assigned the role of group leader. An email will be sent to you with a personalised link to book social function tickets on behalf of your organisation.
