Forum purpose
This forum is designed to help women in rail move from leadership awareness to leadership action.
It will explore what it takes to lead with credibility, confidence and influence in a complex, male-dominated and fast-changing industry. The forum will focus on practical leadership skills attendees can immediately apply, including communication, strategic visibility, resilience, networking, self-advocacy and career planning.
Key themes include high-performance communication, trust, difficult conversations, authentic leadership, burnout, imposter syndrome, adaptability and playing to your strengths. The forum will turn these topics into practical, conference-ready insights delegates can apply immediately.
