Anne Connors is a highly accomplished rail executive with more than 18 years of experience across client, contractor and government roles in Australia’s rail and infrastructure sectors. She has led complex multidisciplinary programs and delivered operational, cultural and organisational transformation across major infrastructure environments.
Anne holds a Master of Construction Law and qualifications in civil engineering, business and project management. A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she is recognised for strong executive leadership, governance capability and a practical approach to delivering industry outcomes.
Passionate about building a modern, sustainable and people-centred rail industry, Anne serves on the Australasian Railway Association Board as a Sector Director and is Chair of the Rail Industry Executive Committee.
As Managing Director of Swietelsky Rail Australia, she has led significant business transformation, including the development of an award-winning Employee Wellbeing Framework. In 2024, she was recognised nationally with the Women in Industry Excellence in Transport Award.
