Michael is an experienced rail timetable developer with the Department of Trasport and Planning in Victoria. Having previously held positions at V/Line and MTM, working to operationalise the Victorian Government’s Big Build projects across the state, including the Metro Tunnel and network service uplifts. Currently his work has focussed on solving the unique challenges of freight rail planning.
