Soroush is the Director of Security and Technology services at Tactix Sener Group. He has an extensive background in large-scale rail projects across Australia, North America, and the Middle East. His expertise encompasses the entire project lifecycle management including Design, Implementation, Testing, Installation, Start-up and Operation of cyber security and operation technology systems. As an OT cybersecurity expert, Soroush is highly skilled in industrial automation systems and holds a TUV Functional Safety Engineer certification. He possesses a broad knowledge of diverse operational control systems and has conducted various integrated security and safety studies for complex rail systems.
Soroush performed OT/ICS Cybersecurity Risk Assessment, Vulnerability Assessment, design of cyber security systems and led Systems verifications and validations. He successfully delivered cybersecurity solutions for variety of ICS/IACS, managed cyber security uplift programs and set up cybersecurity operations and response units parts of Cybersecurity Operation Centre (CSOC) for Critical Infrastructure. He has worked closely with international agencies to customise ICS cybersecurity incident response plans and establish a Cybersecurity Incident Response framework. He also contributed to develop international Cyber Security and Automation & Control System standards.
