Martin has 40 years engineering and project management experience worldwide. He has managed many rail projects including resignalling, electrification and remodelling with experience in light rail, metro, regional, freight and heavy haul operations. He has worked on over 50 rail depots in 4 countries. Coming from a maintenance background and having experience in maintainer, operator, designer and construction roles, he is well placed to understand the different needs for a successful depot and the trends that will be instigating changes to their operation
