Chris is the Executive Director of Local Content and Industry at the Department of Transport and Planning, leading the strategic growth of local industry capability and manufacturing sovereignty across Victoria’s multi-billion-dollar rolling stock program. He plays a critical role in shaping and driving local content and supply chain strategies for major train and tram projects, including the $1.85 billion Next Generation Tram program.
A mechanical engineer by trade, Chris’ career began in the automotive industry. Alongside technical expertise, he brings extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and industry partnerships to support Victoria’s transport priorities.
