Brett Grehan was appointed CEO of Pacific National in November 2024, bringing more than three decades of experience across logistics, supply chain, transport, and industrial sectors. Brett’s leadership is defined by a strong focus on operational excellence, safety, and customer-driven innovation. His industry knowledge and proven leadership will be instrumental as Pacific National continues to strengthen its position as a leader in safe, innovative, and sustainable freight transport.
Before joining Pacific National, Brett served as CEO of Linx Cargo Care Group (a company with stevedoring, rail and logistics related businesses), where he led a significant transformation that improved safety outcomes and delivered for customers with a large workforce spanning Australia and New Zealand. His earlier career includes over 25 years as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he built a reputation for pragmatic strategic, commercial, and operational leadership. Brett is known for fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders and driving sustainable growth in challenging environments.
Brett holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from the University of Sydney and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
