Antoine Colas holds a diploma in Economics and Finance from Sciences Po Paris (1996), a postgraduate degree in Business Law and Taxation from the University Panthéon-Assas Paris II (1998) and he obtained the Certificat d’Aptitude à la Profession d’Avocats (CAPA) in 2000. He began his career in the banking sector in 2000, first in the legal department of BNP Paribas Asset Management and then in the Legal Affairs Department of the BNP PARIBAS Group, Corporate and Investment Banking division. In 2006, he joined the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) as an inspector in the Investigations and Surveillance Department; he then joined the Regulatory Affairs and International Affairs Department in 2009 and became Director of the Information and Financial Operations Regulation Division in 2011. In 2012, he joined the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations Group, as Advisor in charge of economic and financial affairs to the Chief Executive Officer, then in 2013, as Director of the Group Steering Department. In December 2016, Antoine Colas was appointed General Secretary of the Transdev Group and member of the Executive Committee. Since August 2021, he has been appointed to the Transdev Group’s Executive Committee as Chief Executive Officer for the international zone.
