Anne Shiu is the Principal of Transportation Operational Integration at Jacobs, providing strategic advice across Australia and the Asia-Pacific. Before joining Jacobs, she served as an Operations Manager for Metro Trains Melbourne, where she played a vital role in providing operational planning insights for the Melbourne Metro Tunnel Project’s underground stations. Her responsibilities included preparing operational requirements during the contract phase, to operational readiness preparation for Day 1.
With extensive experience in various operational modes across complex metro railway station projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and the Middle East, Anne brings a wealth of knowledge to the field. Additionally, she is a qualified architect with a specialisation in the rail sector, possessing a strong technical background and significant experience in designing and managing major infrastructure projects.
