Her focus includes advancing Victoria’s rail freight mode share, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering safe access and investment planning across the network. A passionate advocate for equity and gender equality in rail and Infrastructure, Anjum role-models inclusive leadership while balancing her career with raising two daughters. Her approach blends technical excellence with a human-centred mindset that empowers others to challenge norms and lead boldly.
She holds a Master of Professional Accounting, a Bachelor of International Business, and a Diploma in Banking and Finance.
