Over a 25-year career, as an architect and design manager, Andrew has driven design efficiencies across large, multidisciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects. During concept and delivery phases, he has championed constructability, standardisation, and Kit of Parts methodologies. Most recently, during the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) under the South Eastern Program Alliance, the Jacobs design team promoted extensive use of MMC principles, leveraging modular construction and off-site fabrication to reduce disruption and accelerate design and project delivery. Outside of work, Andrew is a proud father of two daughters and husband to a dedicated Radiation Therapy course convener at Monash University.
