Andreas Rey is the Head of Sustainability at V/Line, where he leads the implementation of the Sustainability Uplift Action Plan, with a strong focus on decarbonising the rail network and reducing emissions across Scope 1, 2, and 3.
He brings over a decade of international experience in sustainability, ESG, and public affairs, having worked with leading organisations including Neste, the world’s largest producer of renewable fuels. Andreas has successfully led climate strategies, policy advocacy, and ESG compliance across the APAC region, and has represented industry positions to governments, regulators, and global forums.
