Andrea Kriss is a senior infrastructure leader, landscape architect, and project management professional with more than 20 years of experience delivering rail and public infrastructure projects across Queensland. Currently serving as Senior Manager Design & Contracts at Queensland Rail, Andrea leads multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and contract management across delivery of rollingstock, and infrastructure programs.
Recognised for her expertise in design management, urban design, stakeholder engagement, contract management, and accessibility, Andrea has played a key role in infrastructure projects including Queensland Rails Station Accessibility Upgrade Program. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects. Andrea is passionate about inclusive design, professional development, and delivering safe, accessible infrastructure outcomes.
