Raphaelle Guerineau is a renowned global leader in the rail industry, serving as the CEO and Managing Director of Siemens Mobility in Australia and New Zealand since 2019.
Her international career began with Orange in France. In 2006, she transitioned to Singapore and entered the rail industry, initially with Alstom, before joining Siemens Mobility in 2011. She relocated to Australia in 2018.
Over her 20+ year career, Raphaelle has held a variety of roles encompassing project management, tendering, strategy, and operations. She is deeply committed to promoting gender equality and attracting more women to the rail industry. Raphaelle advocates for a diverse workforce, believing it is essential for the rail sector’s success, and actively encourages women to pursue careers in this field.
She serves on the board of the Australasian Railway Association and is a member of the Monash Institute of Railway Technology’s Industry Advisory Board (IAB).
