Dr Claire Greaves is a Chartered Ergonomist and Human Factors specialist with a background in organisational psychology and extensive experience across safety-critical industries including rail, aviation, mining and infrastructure. She works with organisations across Australia and New Zealand to strengthen workforce capability, culture, operational performance and readiness in complex operating environments. As Founder and Managing Director of Humanitex, Claire leads programs that help organisations understand and improve the systems, roles, behaviours and conditions that shape human performance. Drawing on behavioural science, systems thinking and practical operational insight, she supports leaders to address persistent performance, safety and change challenges. Claire has published widely in organisational behaviour and is recognised for translating evidence-based insights into practical, scalable improvements for frontline teams and leaders.
