Loulou Hammad is an experienced senior Commercial & Strategy Executive with over 17 years of experience across the Rail Transport and Technology industries. In her current role as Customer Director for Alstom Australia and New Zealand, Loulou leads the customer portfolio, managing industry stakeholder relationships, commercial strategy and business negotiations.
Loulou’s experience spans the Asia Pacific region, most notably her time in Singapore as Tender & Business Development Manager for Singapore and Emerging Markets during her tenure with both Alstom and Bombardier Transportation.
Loulou has a proven track record leading diverse teams towards implementing strategic business initiatives, global tenders, negotiating and securing commercial contracts and mobilising projects across the rail transport sector.
With a comprehensive understanding across the rail portfolios of Rollingstock, Services and Signalling technology, Loulou is recognized for her ability to drive customer excellence and strategic outcomes across complex business environments.
