Andrew’s experience is in acquisition policy, litigation, and negotiating acquisitions for major infrastructure projects. He has 33 years’ experience as a valuer and in property acquisition, including 26 years at Transport for NSW. This includes managing over 400 claims in the Land and Environment Court over two decades. As Head of Acquisition Policy and Litigation, he had direct responsibility for managing most of the significant landmark court cases in NSW between 2007-2021. Andrew currently leads the Acquisition team at Inland Rail. He recently worked on secondment to the NSW Land Acquisition Review Project.
