Pradip has over 17 years of experience supporting customers in the railway industry, specialising in areas such as requirement specification, engineering, manufacturing, testing, commissioning, and life cycle management of traction converters used in passenger, heavy haul, and mass transit applications. He is passionate about working closely with customers and end-users alike, to understand their requirements and help them overcome their challenges by specifying optimised technical solutions that improve energy efficiency, reliability, availability, and the life cycle cost of systems overall. At ABB, he is responsible for the product management of Traction converters, Energy storage systems for rolling stock, mining vehicles, and road transport.
