Ash Garlett is a passionate and experienced Aboriginal Engagement Lead at Alstom Australia and New Zealand, where he plays a pivotal role in advancing reconciliation and cultural inclusion. With over 20 years of experience and an associate degree in Indigenous Management and Community Development, Ash has championed Aboriginal employment, education, and training initiatives across Western Australia.

A proud advocate for his Noongar people, Ash is deeply committed creating lifelong, meaningful outcomes for First Nation communities. His leadership was instrumental in launching Alstom ANZ’s Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan in November 2024—an achievement that reflects both his dedication and Alstom’s support for reconciliation and cultural empowerment.

Ash’s approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in community values. His unwavering passion for uplifting Aboriginal voices continues to inspire positive change across both corporate and community sectors.
