Ibrahim Fazah is a chartered engineer and experienced transport leader with over 15 years in the rail industry, specialising in condition monitoring, asset management, and complex systems delivery. He is the Co-Founder of Mobility Futures, where he leads projects focused on transforming how transport agencies approach critical infrastructure, operational resilience, and technology integration.
Ibrahim has played a leading role in advancing condition monitoring practices in Australia, including his work with the Transport Asset Holding Entity (TAHE) to support the national deployment of condition monitoring systems and facilitate cross-industry collaboration. Most recently, he helped deliver the inaugural National Condition Monitoring Workshop, bringing together operators, infrastructure managers, and government stakeholders to identify shared challenges and shape a roadmap toward a nationally coordinated approach.
With a background that spans both client-side and consulting roles, Ibrahim is known for his pragmatic approach to solving complex problems, managing multi-stakeholder environments, and translating strategy into outcomes. His broader experience includes major projects across train control, digital systems, and infrastructure technology, delivered across Australia and New Zealand.
