Susan is the Executive Director of the Future Public Transport Ticketing Program at the Department of Transport and Planning, leading the upgrade and ongoing management of Victoria’s Myki system. This complex project modernises ticketing software, hardware, and tap-and-go payment options across the network.
Prior to this, Susan led a $2 billion program as Executive Director, Train and Tram Projects, delivering VLocity trains, tram refurbishments, and the South Dynon facility upgrade. With a strong background in civil design and construction, operations line management, and contract management, Susan brings deep expertise to public transport infrastructure and service delivery.
