She has an extensive background working with the Victorian Government, where she successfully delivered investment projects across multiple industry sectors, collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Carly is the co-author of the Regional Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing Skills Road Map and played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of the Victorian Fair Jobs Code. Her expertise in these areas has significantly contributed to the advancement of workforce planning and industry standards in the region.
Prior to her work at Industry Skills Australia and Victorian Government, Carly dedicated 10 years to working within the apprenticeship and VET network, where she refined her skills in workforce development and stakeholder engagement.
