Oliver Lake is a Technical Interface Manager, working on the current deployment of ETCS Level 2 on the Sydney Trains network. Oliver’s experience includes rail systems and rolling stock projects across various stages of the system lifecycle, including new fleet procurements, brownfield upgrade projects, maintenance and disposal. He specialises in interoperability, operational integration and systems integration. Oliver is a Chartered Professional Engineer in the areas of Systems Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, the Railway Technical Society of Australasia NSW Chapter Chair, and an Associate Member of the IRSE. In his spare time you’ll find Oliver walking his dog with his daughters, or planning the next skiing trip.
