Narelle is the Executive Advisor – Rail Capability and Engagement at the National Transport Commission and has lead capability and operational teams in the rail industry for over 15 years, spanning railway operations, construction, and global design consultancy. She has extensive experience in building leadership capability, well-being and career coaching, technical competency frameworks and rail safety compliance.
Narelle has advised industry partners in organisational and workforce development, strategic planning and attraction and retention strategies. She holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology and draws on the science of well-being and leadership to create thriving employees, teams, and organisations. She is a passionate advocate for inclusion and diversity in the rail industry and is the current Deputy Chair of the ARA Women in Rail Advisory Committee.
