Loïc has a rich experience in signalling, both high speed railway and automated metro, in tender preparation on contractor side, system engineering, ATP systems architecture both CBTC and ERTMS, embedded development, validation, test and commissioning, operations. He managed development and operations teams, grew local technical centers (for 3 years in Spain and 6 years in China) before managing a CBTC Engineering department in France for 4 years. He has been extending his experience since 2016 by leading a department of now more than 60 consultants to cover as well feasibility, tender preparation and O&M in the transportation systems V life cycle. His new department extended his knowledge to new systems (ATS and AVLS, telecom, ticketing) and new areas (Cybersecurity, MaaS, hypervision).
He is now a technical director in Australia sharing his experience in activities such as operational readiness and system design review for projects such as Crossriver rail, QNGR, or QTMP.
