Gayle Fearnett-Smith is the Talent Development Manager for Alstom Australia and New Zealand. Throughout Gayle’s 25+ years in Talent & HR Leadership roles she has been responsible for impactful HR, Systems and Transformation projects centred on culture, talent, learning, engagement, reward and recognition.
In 2023 Gayle joined Alstom to head up the Talent Management, Learning & Development and Diversity Equity & Inclusion practices, where she leads a small team that ensures Alstom’s strategic priorities are supported and delivered through its people. She is Chair of Alstom’s Diversity Equity & Inclusion ERG Networks Group and Champion within both the CSR Committee and Employee Engagement Steer Co.
Gayle was born and educated in UK, before spreading her wings with work and travel in USA and migration to Australia in 2003.
