Damien brings over 30 years of expertise in research, development, consulting, and innovation across mining, processing, and decarbonisation sectors. He previously served as General Manager within Rio Tinto’s Innovation team and as a Senior Principal in Hatch Advisory. For the past five years, Damien has partnered with Aurizon, supporting the development and execution of its decarbonisation strategy. A Chartered Chemical Engineer with a PhD, Damien is deeply committed to leveraging technology and innovation to drive a zero-emissions future.
