Anne is an experienced executive leader, director, general manager, project manager and civil engineer, having previously held key leadership roles in state and local government sectors, rail and civil construction industries, and extensive experience in building high performing teams in multi-disciplinary environments.
Anne holds Bachelor Degrees in Engineering (Civil) and Business from the University of Newcastle, a Diploma of Project Management through Deakin University, and a Masters Degree in Construction Law (Melbourne Law School) at the University of Melbourne.
Anne is the first female Managing Director appointed to any Swietelsky international subsidiary. With responsibility for the Australian business, she has led the development of SRA’s new employee framework, sustainability strategy and strategic plan. Earlier this year, Anne was named the Winner for ‘Excellence in Transport’ at the 2024 Women in Industry awards, recognising her accomplishments and going above and beyond to improve and positively impact the Australian transport industry.
