Andy is a leading technical authority in safety assurance, with over 25 years’ experience in the rail industry in the UK and Australia, he has held senior leadership roles with Transport for London, Network Rail, and Transport for NSW. Andy is Director Systems & Safety Assurance with ARCH Artifex, in this role he is the Lead Independent Safety Assessor for the Metro Tunnel Project in Melbourne, he is supporting the delivery of Inland Rail, and acting as a specialist rail safety advisor to Sydney Metro and the High-Speed Rail Authority.
