Ralph Xavier Heredia is a senior rail technology executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across operational systems, business transformation, cybersecurity, and critical transport infrastructure. Based in Sydney, he has led strategy, design, delivery, and assurance for complex rail operational systems, including train control, condition monitoring, communications, and electronic security environments. His experience spans business case development, multimillion-dollar program delivery, secure systems integration, vendor negotiation, and the establishment of governance models that improve resilience, performance, and benefit realisation across large public sector transport networks.
Ralph has held senior leadership roles across Sydney Trains, RailCorp, and Transport for NSW, including responsibility for the Advanced Train Running Information & Control System (ATRICS), operational systems strategy, and the delivery of active cyber defence proof-of-concepts for critical operational environments.
