Professor Jarek Rosinski is an internationally recognised expert in machine dynamics and AI-enabled asset management for critical infrastructure.

He holds an MSc in Vibroacoustics and a PhD in Machine Dynamics, specialising in diagnostics and troubleshooting of complex mechanical systems. He began his career as a lecturer at the Institute of Mechanics and Vibroacoustics in Krakow before joining the National Gear Technology Centre at Newcastle University in 1989. Over nearly three decades, he worked extensively with industry on advanced instrumentation, condition monitoring, and fault diagnostics, building deep expertise in extracting actionable insight from complex engineering data.
He founded Transmission Dynamics 30 years ago with focus on developing remote sensing technologies, machine learning, and real-time analytics for rail asset / infrastructure management. His work centres on transforming infrastructure management from reactive processes to predictive and autonomous systems, improving safety, reliability, and performance.
