There will be NO storage facilities for packing materials and boxes onsite. It is recommended that exhibitors consider their storage needs (of packing crates and freight forwarding materials) for the duration of the exhibition. Exhibitors may not leave boxes and packaging material in the exhibition display area during the show. 

Please contact GEL Events via the designated Online Request Form no later than 6 November 2026 if you wish to store any crates, boxes or equipment at an offsite storage location. 

PLEASE NOTE: Your storage items will be brought to your stand AFTER the exhibition closes on Wednesday 25 November at 17:00. Boxes and crates will not be brought onto the floor prior to this time.
