You must hold a current public liability insurance policy for a minimum of AUD 10,000,000.  

Entry to the venue will be denied if you have not provided a copy of this information to the conference managers.  

If you haven’t already done so, please either submit your Public Liability Insurance via the Exhibition Portal (the link would have been sent to you in your confirmation email) or email the insurance policy to sponex@ausrail.com.

Please ensure that your policy document includes the following components:

• Name of insurer
• Policy number
• Expiry date of policy
• Insured amount
