Deliveries are only permitted during the official move-in / move-out period unless prior arrangements have been made with BCEC or the conference managers. Any item delivered outside the official move-in/ move-out period without prior arrangement will be removed from BCEC’s premises at the exhibitor’s expense. 

For smaller items, exhibitors may park in the BCEC car park and hand-carry their items to the exhibition halls. A limited number of small trolleys are available at the BCEC Information Desk if needed.

Utilising External Freight Forwarding Companies 

It is essential that all goods, equipment or packages are clearly marked when delivered to BCEC. Any exhibitor deliveries to BCEC must have a delivery attached to all items. BCEC reserves the right to refuse deliveries not using the correct delivery labels. The Conference Managers or BCEC does not take any responsibility for any delivery, and it is strongly advised that the exhibitor has someone present on your stand to receive any delivered goods. The Conference Managers or BCEC will not sign for receipt of goods on behalf of exhibitors, so please make sure a representative from your organisation is present to sign off on deliveries.  

Please also provide your information to GEL Events via the Online Request Form as they will need to schedule the loading dock hours accordingly.

Forklifts 

BCEC does not provide forklift service. If you require forklift for your equipment, please contact GEL Events for a quotation.
