Adam is a railway engineering professional with more than 20 years experience delivering high profile infrastructure projects and a proven track record maximising the embedded capability of cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to achieve exceptional results. With a broad technical, asset management and operations background and a passion for delivering operational excellence through integrating people, systems and processes, Adam has played instrumental roles in the successful development, delivery and operationalisation of major rail projects (including Canberra Light Rail, Level Crossing Removal Project and most recently Melbourne’s Metro Tunnel Project).
