Bec Timmings is an Engineering Executive and Fellow of Engineers Australia with more than 25 years of experience in sustainable development, procurement strategy, and major infrastructure delivery across Australia. She specialises in embedding sustainability and whole‑of‑life value into early planning, commercial frameworks, contracting models, and project governance. Bec has supported governments across transport, energy, education, and health, with roles spanning business case development, procurement leadership, stakeholder co‑design, and ESG strategy.
Her recent work includes shaping delivery strategies for agencies such as Powerlink, DIT and TMR, supporting agencies to decarbonise their supply chain through procurement reform, and developing practical tools that help organisations translate sustainability ambition into on‑the‑ground outcomes. Bec also leads ConnellGriffin’s Net Zero service offering, supporting clients to navigate emerging regulatory expectations and integrate frameworks such as ISO 20400 and PAS 2080. She is recognised for her systems-thinking approach and her commitment to helping organisations deliver low‑carbon, resilient, and socially responsible infrastructure.
