Navid Nezafati

Navid Nezafati is the Trasformation and Innovation Manager within the North Western Program Alliance (NWPA) and a representative from John Holland. He is responsible for innovation management and for establishing and leading NWPA’s knowledge management and AI enablement program, initiated in 2025. Navid and his team are widely recognised within NWPA for supporting project teams by providing the right knowledge at the right time and enabling the practical adoption of AI solutions aligned to NWPA’s strategic objectives. His work has contributed to a strong record of alliance‑approved innovations, including multiple innovations endorsed by VIDA across recent Level Crossing Removal Program projects.
