Please note that if you have vehicle/s or machinery being displayed, you may require a specific bump-out time. Please contact the conference managers with your heavy equipment information (template found on Machinery, Equipment, and Delivery Size page) to organise the bump-out time.
Exhibitors are instructed to ensure that at least one staff member is rostered on during move out, or while any product or equipment remains on your stand. The conference managers and BCEC do not take any responsibility for these items, and it is strongly advised that you have a representative present at this time.
Exhibitors must ensure that they make adequate arrangements for the removal of rubbish from their stand at the conclusion of the Exhibition. Exhibitors must ensure that all tape is removed from the floor and that there is no waste left at the BCEC.
Exhibitors failing to remove waste will be charged for the additional cleaning of the space and any additional charges.
