We specialize in monitoring cars, trucks, containers and trains. We have developed a Smart Wagon® solution concept for the railway sector. This concept integrates GPS devices and wireless sensors installed on railway wagons, communicating according to the specific needs of each customer. The sensors enable loading monitoring and the identification of risk conditions such as overheated bearings, flat wheels, insufficient pressure, brake block wear, activation of the hand brake, and improper kingpin securing. As a result, they significantly enhance operational
safety and support predictive maintenance. In addition, the sensors can monitor a wide range of other parameters, including climatic conditions within the cargo space, door opening and closing, tilt, direction of movement, and other operational data. All sensors are designed to withstand vibrations, harsh weather conditions, and mechanical stress.
