Check-In
Pre-Authorization: The Hotel will require a credit card imprint from all guests upon check in. Please note: any credit card payments will incur a 1.5% credit card service fee.
Check-in is after 1400, however, should you arrive earlier, luggage storage is available and you are welcome to use the hotel facilities.
Check-Out
Check-out time is prior to 1000. Should you require a later check-out, please contact Reception on the morning of your departure. Please note that a fee may apply for a late check-out.
Cancellation Policy

Dorsett Gold Coast Hotel

Check-in time is from 15:00. Should the attendees wish to occupy the guestroom before 1500, making a room reservation the night prior to the arrival date is recommended, otherwise it will be subject to availability.
Check-Out
Check-out time is 1100. A minimum charge may be imposed for any request for late check-out after 1100.

Check-In
All guests arriving before the noted check in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Star’s concierge can arrange to store luggage for those guests arriving early when rooms are unavailable. Should the Organiser wish to arrange a group check-in, key collection time is from 4.00 p.m
Check-in time is from 15:00.
Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00. Subject to availability and approval by The Star, the above accommodation rates are available to the Organiser’s guests for bookings 3 days pre- and 3 days post the contracted Event Dates. A surcharges on accommodation rates of $100 per room per night applies for Saturday nights, special event dates and public holidays.
Room allocation is subject to availability at time of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations or changes within 30-days of arrival will incur full cancellation fees.
Breakfast
A discounted package breakfast at Harvest is extended at $25 per person, per day when booked and paid for in conjunction with an accommodation block. Alternatively, guests may arrange their own breakfast and settle the account at the restaurant or charge to their room account.at a rate of $39.90 per guest.
Additional guests and roll away beds
Accommodation rooms at The Star Grand can accommodate a maximum of three (3) adults.
A surcharge of $50.00 per room per night is applicable to accommodate any additional guest(s) above the maximum number permitted, or if a rollaway bed is required.
Room configuration
Superior Deluxe and Executive Deluxe rooms at The Star Grand are configured with either one king bed or two double beds. Room configurations are subject to availability and extended on a request only basis. Please do not specify bedding configuration in any registration brochures as these are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Parking
Limited paid parking is available and subject to availability. Please note during peak times we recommend alternate modes of transport if possible. Valet parking available for $65 per day
