Jorge is an engineering qualified professional with a Diploma in Project Management and an Executive MBA at AGSM. With over 12 years’ experience in the execution and management of international rolling stock projects, Jorge has a track record for on time, on budget delivery. His experience covers the past 4 years managing several aspects of the Regional Rail Project ($2.8billion) which will deliver a new Regional Fleet to Transport for NSW. Jorge has managed the early design of the Maintenance Facility (including Review of Environmental Factors) and the development of the Rolling Stock that will be imported to Australia. Before this project, Jorge was for 3 years the Supply Chain Manager of a significant Level 3 maintenance contract ($1billion) for Sydney Trains’ rolling stock. He also worked for 4 years completing full project development lifecycles within Knorr-Bremse for projects in aggregate of $40m.
