David is a Chartered Engineer with over twenty-five years international railway systems engineering experience. David’s specialism is transmission-based signalling (ETCS/CBTC). David is the Director of CCS Solutions at WSP and is currently providing engineering leadership to support delivery of moving block train control for BHPs rail network in the Pilbara.
