Matt began his career in the UK and European rail sectors before moving to Australia, where he held roles with Siemens and Sydney Trains. He now works across the rail and public transport sectors, using advanced analytics to improve network performance, operations and decision-making. His particular focus is on turning emerging technologies and complex data into practical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
