Paul Cassar is a qualified Signalling Engineer with over 45 years’ experience in rail, and is currently the Project Director Integration for the Digital Systems Program, with Transport for New South Wales. His areas of expertise include management of rail operations and maintenance, delivery of major systems and infrastructure programs, and the integration of new technologies into operational railways. Paul’s interests include heritage locomotives, model railways, and spending time with his grandchildren.
