Since founding his first e-learning company in 2007, Schalk has successfully worked with a vast array of government agencies, rail companies, and large corporations to deliver effective, immersive and digital training solutions, designed to build critical skills.
Through Nexefy, Schalk has had the pleasure to work with many of the key players of the rail industry to create and implement virtual reality programmes focused on teaching trainees safe shunting, driving, and maintenance practices, as well as how to act in emergency situations.
