Natalie Pelham was appointed Australia’s National Rail Safety Regulator and the Chief Executive of the Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator in October 2023. Natalie is a senior leader with over 25 years’ experience in the public sector leading regulation, policy, strategy and reform at the state and national levels. Prior to joining ONRSR, Natalie was the Chief Investigator and Chief Executive of the NSW Office of Transport Safety Investigations. She is a highly qualified and effective executive who is results-oriented, outcomes focused with a passion for safety and transport reform.
